TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Alterations can be done only one time if needed, extra alterations will be charged by THA SEEN.

Clients can make any changes before confirming the order. Extra fees will be on any changes not agreed on before placing the order.

Damaged fabric from designer's end will be handled by THA SEEN to provide the the client new dress or refund full amount.

THE SEEN will not refund or exchange after receiving the order.

Deposits will be not refunded after the order has been placed.

Orders will not be delivered before paying 100% percent of the total amount.

Each piece goes through a thorough quality check before dispatch

and only upon an error from the company's side, will a refund be issued.
